Do I need a GSTIN to start?
No. Add it in the setup wizard if you have one. The format and check digit are checked as you type it.
How long is the trial?
Each plan card shows its trial length. You can pick a plan before the trial ends.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Workspace owners can send a billing request from their account. Our team reviews the request and confirms pricing, timing and any usage changes before applying it.
How are users counted?
Each plan sets a user limit. An invite that would go over the limit is blocked until you free a seat or upgrade.
Is GST added to the price?
Prices are shown before GST. Our team confirms applicable taxes and the final amount when reviewing your billing request.
